Ontario’s Job Market Today

In our free seminar, speaker Esin Turhan will share insights on the 2026 job market, current employment trends, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the labour market. Light refreshments will be provided, and participants who bring their resumes will also have them reviewed.

Esin Turhan is a Toronto-based career coach with a Master’s in International Development. She specializes in upskilling programs that support newcomers and job seekers in navigating the Canadian labour market and career pivots. Through her company, First Sight Canada, she provides 1:1 coaching while working closely with corporate partners in tech and finance to advance workforce development through career-focused volunteering and inclusive hiring initiatives. She has led over 100 job search and career development sessions, connecting talent with industry.
